What you'll be doing:
- Financial Modeling & Risk Assessment: Analyze financial, legal, and technical reports to build economic models for new and acquired projects.
- Tariff & Valuation Analysis: Set pricing strategies and determine valuation ranges for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Contract Alignment: Ensure financial models match negotiated contracts and technical assumptions.
- Portfolio Impact Assessment: Evaluate how new business and pricing changes affect company profits.
- Investment Feasibility: Calculate hurdle rates (WACC, cost of equity, discount rates) to assess project viability.
- Capital Structure Optimization: Design funding strategies that balance lender requirements and shareholder returns.
- Treasury & Transaction Structuring: Work with treasury, legal, and finance teams to create cost-efficient funding models.
- Business Unit Performance Review: Assess subsidiaries financial health, suggest improvements, and optimize investments.
- Portfolio Strategy Refinement: Recommend adjustments to maximize returns and strategic growth.
What we're looking for:
- Must have at least 4 years of in-depth exposure / experience in corporate finance projects including financial analysis, financial modelling, M&A financial advisory, corporate budget preparation, financial due diligence, asset or business valuation.
- BS Finance, Business Admin, Economics, Accountancy, Financial Engineering, Math
- MBA, CFA, CFM/AFM, or similar certification is a plus
