Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salary Loans Account Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer or salary loans, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting targets. The candidate should be comfortable with regular travel to meet clients and attend business meetings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote salary loan products to corporate employees and other target markets.
- Coordinate with the internal credit team to ensure a smooth accreditation process.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and meetings to expand the corporate client network.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for loan approvals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to refine strategies.
**Requirements:**
- 2-3 years of experience in consumer loans or salary loans.
- Strong understanding of credit policies, loan processing, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and business meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
