Job Description

The Corporate Communications Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that foster brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance the brand's reputation. The position serves as a crucial link between content creation, digital strategy, and lead generation, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the company's corporate communication goals. This Corporate Communications Lead requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling marketing messages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand Awareness

-Develops and implements content strategies across various channels (website, social media, email) to increase brand awareness and website traffic

-Crafts compelling press releases and secure placements in top media outlets to boost brand reputation and visibility in collaboration with the PR Consultants

-Builds and manages relationships with PR key influencers and partners to amplify our reach

-Launches and optimizes digital campaigns to generate qualified leads for our projects

-Manages and grows organic and paid social media presence to drive engagement and conversions

Lead Generation and Conversion

-Manages and optimizes lead generation campaigns to achieve targets across key projects

-Implements effective lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates

-Conducts training sessions on CRM usage and best practices

-Designs and implements sales support materials (e.g., lookbooks, training guides)

People Management and Project Execution

-Leads and motivates a content team to achieve a high turnover efficiency score of 95%

-Oversees the execution of OOH (out-of-home) activation campaigns (e.g., banner ads, billboards)

Qualifications:

-Advertising Management, Business, Communication Arts, Marketing or marketing-related college degree

-At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, public relations, or brand management, preferably real estate

-At least 1-year managerial experience

-Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

-Customer-focused

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Highly developed written and verbal communication and numerical skills

-Strong appetite for sustainability, creativity, interior design, and/or architecture
