The Corporate Communications and Brand Narrative Lead is a key player in shaping how the company speaks to the world and to its own people. This role will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring the corporate voice remains consistent, professional, and engaging across all channels. This role will coordinate with several internal and external stakeholders, turning complex business goals into compelling stories that should be well-communicated.
Transformation & Change Storytelling
As the Group evolves, this Lead will work closely with our Executive team to ensure our people are aligned and informed.
- The Evolution Narrative: Take complex structural changes and next-level growth strategies and translate them into clear, human-centric messages. You make sure every employee understands the why behind the change.
- Modernization & Mindset: Partner with leadership to de-corporate strategic announcements. You ensure the message is relatable and highlights growth opportunities for our people.
- Leadership & Stewardship Voice: Support the development of our next-gen leaders by sharing stories of mentorship and growth, helping document how our leadership is evolving.
- Two-Way Communication: Together with the HR team, organize and facilitate practical feedback loops—like Town Halls or Ask Me Anything sessions—to ensure employees have a voice during transitions.
