At least 3 years experience as a People Manager or equivalent Leadership capacity in a BPO or Shared Services setup
At least 3-5 years experience on the following: cash management, GL account reconciliations, bank reconciliation, vendor accruals, credit card payments, intercompany accounting, insurance accounting, etc.
Well versed in IFRS and US GAAP
Prior experience in any of the following: JDE, BlackLine, AS400, Navision
