Job Description

  • At least 3 years experience as a People Manager or equivalent Leadership capacity in a BPO or Shared Services setup
  • At least 3-5 years experience on the following: cash management, GL account reconciliations, bank reconciliation, vendor accruals, credit card payments, intercompany accounting, insurance accounting, etc.
  • Well versed in IFRS and US GAAP
  • Prior experience in any of the following: JDE, BlackLine, AS400, Navision
  • Advanced Excel (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables) experience
  • Task prioritization under deadlines
  • Amenable to work permanent night shift schedules (US hours)
  • Will follow temporary WFH setup but must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once required to RTO
  • Can start ASAP
