What is the role that we need

A Corporate Accounting Associate plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of a company's financial records. This position supports day-to-day accounting operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and contributes to timely and accurate financial reporting.

The Corporate Accounting Associate will perform the functions outlined below:

• Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payments.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Proven experience as a Corporate Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• NetSuite Proficiency
