GMC INTERNAL - SALES MANAGER
Base salary 100K-150K (Negotiable depending on Expert-level)
150K up to 180K projected total package, plus uncapped commission structure
We're looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales Manager to nurture and lead our sales team to success. If you thrive on coaching, strategizing, and winning, this role is for you!

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading successful sales teams.
- At least 7 years in BPO B2B sales (International market experience preferred).
- 3-5 years as a Team Leader/Manager in a SALES campaign (BPO or other industries).
- Proficiency in CRM & sales tools (Experience with G-Suite/MS Office is a plus!).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-starter, and solution-oriented.
- Integrity & trustworthiness—you'll be handling sensitive client info.
