WHAT this role means for you:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Copywriter who can transform clinical expertise, wellness insights, and brand storytelling into language that feels personal, empowering, and trustworthy for Filipinos. We are looking for someone proactive, imaginative, and deeply attentive to detail, a storyteller who understands that words can be both empathetic and evidence-based. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

You're a match if you:

  • Develop creative and compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials: website pages, product descriptions, emails/newsletters, social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ad banners, and campaigns.
  • Research our target audience, market trends and wellness topics so that your writing is relevant, accurate and resonates.
  • Apply SEO and digital-best practices when writing online copy (keywords, readability, user intent).
  • Proofread, revise and polish copy to ensure it is error-free, consistent in tone and on-brand.
  • Manage multiple writing projects with deadlines, prioritising work and communicating effectively.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help elevate our content strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure copy supports experiential, product and customer journeys.
  • Maintain brand compliance, regulatory checks (especially in consumer-health domain) and adapt copy accordingly.

Profile Wishlist:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism or related field (or equivalent writing experience).
  • Minimum 2+ years of copywriting or content creation experience (ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, consumer health, wellness or a brand environment).
  • Excellent command of the English language: grammar, punctuation, clarity, style.
  • Strong creative thinking: ability to craft original copy, adapt tone of voice and pivot between different formats (long-form, short-form, campaign taglines, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with digital and social platforms: know what works on Instagram/TikTok vs website vs email.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Goodies:

  • Experience working in regulated industries (health, supplements, pharmaceuticals) and familiarity with compliance guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and A/B testing of copy.
  • Portfolio showcasing a mix of creative campaigns, conversion-driven copy and omni-channel content work.
