About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Copywriter who can turn ideas into compelling stories and high-performing copy. You will work closely with designers, strategists, brand associates, and account managers to create effective marketing communication across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Copy Development

  • Write engaging copy for digital ads, social media, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials
  • Develop concepts, taglines, and campaign messaging for clients across various industries
  • Craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy tailored to each platform and audience

Creative Concepting

  • Collaborate with art directors and designers to develop integrated campaign ideas
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute fresh concepts

Brand Messaging

  • Help build and maintain brand voice and tone guidelines
  • Shape key messages and storytelling angles for brands and campaigns

Editing & Quality Control

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, consistency, and accuracy
  • Optimize copy for engagement, conversions, or performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)

Research & Strategy

  • Conduct Research on competitors, audiences, trends, and product features
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into powerful, relevant messaging.

Collaboration

  • Work with account managers to refine copy based on client feedback
  • Coordinate with strategists to align copy with campaign objectives

Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in copywriting, preferable in a marketing or creative agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and campaign experience
  • Excellent command of grammar, structure, and storytelling
  • Ability to write fast, adapt tone, and handle multiple projects under deadlines
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media ads, SEO, funnels) is a plus

Required Skills

  • Experience in video script writing
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platform behaviors
  • Ability to contribute conceptual ideas, not just written copy
  • Research and A/B testing experience
