The Role:

As a Coordinator - Recruitment Administration, you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview
  • scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification.
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadline.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including
  • recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
  • Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team.

Skills & Requirements:

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a recruitment or human resources environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work on APAC shift and to work onsite 2x a month.
