What You'll Be Responsible For (Core Responsibilities)
As COO, you are the operational backbone of the company. You work directly between the founders and the team, ensuring a strong, efficient, and scalable operation.
Store Operations
- Oversee and optimize daily store operations
- Monitor fulfillment, supplier relations, inventory, and performance
- Identify bottlenecks early and proactively solve them on your own
Content Operations
- Structure and streamline all content workflows
- Manage planning, deadlines, and team accountability
- Ensure consistent, high-quality, on-time content delivery
Internal Systems & Processes
- Build SOPs, workflows, and automation systems
- Implement tools to improve efficiency across departments
- Create scalable systems that run like a well-oiled machine
Team Leadership & Accountability
- Lead daily/weekly calls and manage cross-functional teams
- Communicate clearly and deliver actionable next steps
- Coach teams, maintain accountability, and drive performance

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a high-performance e-commerce or agency setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication: clear, decisive, solution-oriented
- Experience building SOPs, systems, and organizational structures
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments at once
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with many moving parts
- Full-time availability (40+ hours) with flexibility on weekends
