We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our team and support our property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end conveyancing processes, preparing legal documentation, liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with Realtime Conveyancer software will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of conveyancing for property transactions in Western Australia.
  • Prepare, review, and lodge necessary legal and property documents.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, and legal professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with WA conveyancing laws and regulations.
  • Use conveyancing software (ideally Realtime Conveyancer) for workflow and documentation.
  • Provide professional support to the team while ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures in Western Australia.
  • Proficiency in conveyancing software; Realtime Conveyancer experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and work under pressure.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Familiarity with WA conveyancing processes.
