About this Position As a Controlling Master Data Specialist, your role is vital in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of master data for cost objects across the Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America regions. By ensuring timely and precise data delivery according to our service level agreements, you help safeguard critical financial information that supports informed decision-making throughout the organization. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team, working under the guidance of a Team Lead dedicated to fostering process improvements and identifying optimization opportunities. What Youll Do
- Maintain master data for controlling cost objects (cost centers and general ledger accounts) for Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America; Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of activities as defined in the service level agreements
- Ensure on time delivery for all business queries and requests; Maintain quality of data provided to the requesters and communicates with Business Units and Local countries for operational issues encountered
- Support projects related to operations and evaluate process improvement opportunities
- Works with Team Lead to foster process improvements and optimization initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration/ Operations Management, Accountancy, Finance, and Accounting Technology or other relevant courses
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in Master Data Management using SAP; Preferably with knowledge in Finance/ Controlling processes and obtained from a multinational or shared service company
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office is required; Macro/ VBA proficiency is an advantage
- Must have excellent project management, communication (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Should be customer-oriented, have an attention to detail, and adapt a continuous improvement mindset
- Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
