You own the financial accuracy and strategic reporting efficiency for a US-based food industry leader, ensuring that multi-location operations are underpinned by a robust accounting framework. Your role operates at the intersection of month-end controllership and forward-looking analysis, where you translate complex data into practical insights for the leadership team.

This is not a traditional accounting role. You are responsible for safeguarding financial outcomes through advanced modeling, cost analysis, and supply chain optimization within a high-growth environment. Best suited for senior finance professionals who thrive in structured night-shift delivery, value high-level accountability, and prefer driving strategic recommendations over passive data management.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Mastery in accounting management and financial statement preparation
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Experience with Paychex and Harri
• In-depth understanding of FP&A concepts and supply chain management
• Night shift experience and are based in Cebu City for initial onsite work

Financial Controllership & Integrity

You own the heartbeat of the accounting cycle, ensuring every financial statement is precise and audit-ready.

• Lead month-end closing processes and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements to ensure high-integrity reporting
• Oversee the accuracy of accounting tasks, including specialized payroll processing

Strategic FP&A & Modeling

You act as the primary analytical engine, providing the insights necessary for sustainable business growth.

• Construct and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance across multiple locations
• Identify supply chain efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities through rigorous data analysis
• Deliver comprehensive reports with strategic recommendations for the leadership team

Operational Excellence & Optimization

You proactively optimize finance systems to ensure scalability and operational reliability.

• Collaborate with operational teams to align financial insights with real-world site performance
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to standardize multi-location financial reporting
• Maintain data integrity across all platforms, including Harri and QuickBooks Online
