We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to work with our partnered client -which serves the global biotechnology industry, from basic research to commercial production, with a focus on helping our customers accelerate the development of life enhancing biotherapeutics.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the comprehensive Accounting function and supervises the following roles:
- Cost Accountant
- Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Accounts Payable Specialist
- Maintains ownership of and accountability for the Company's books and records
- Manages treasury operations (pays the bills, liaises with bank treasury function)
- Manages the monthly closing process and the annual financial statement audit
- Computes monthly variable compensation for sales force
- Provides custodial oversight of the Company's assets
- Provides sales reporting to the field
- Performs ad hoc financial analysis as requested
- Supports HR / PEO escalations as required
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- CPA a plus
- MBA a plus
