Performance Monitoring

. Track and maintain warehouse KPIs across key operational areas

. Build and manage dashboards for real-time performance visibility

. Monitor efficiency, cost, and productivity trends

Data Analytics & Insights

. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies

. Link operational actions to business outcomes (cost, output, productivity)

. Produce insights on wins, losses, and recurring performance drivers

Risk & Compliance Monitoring

. Flag non-compliance, underperformance, and operational risks through data

. Identify at-risk categories, processes, or cost drivers

. Ensure early detection of inefficiencies and deviations

Reporting & Improvement Support

. Consolidate KPI performance, highlighting key wins, gaps, and trends

. Support process improvement initiatives based on data insights

. Recommend actions to improve efficiency, cost control, and operational performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field
• 2-5 years experience in data analytics, operations, supply chain, or control tower roles
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical and KPI management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with large datasets
• Strong in data-driven decision making
• Able to identify patterns, risks, and inefficiencies quickly
• Connects operations to business impact
• Proactive in flagging issues and recommending improvements
• Highly disciplined in KPI tracking and reporting
