Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager having construction background to join their team in Libya.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Manage, review, and administer contracts for construction projects.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks, company policies, and contractual/legal obligations.
- Oversee variations, claims, contract amendments, and dispute resolution processes.
- Advise project teams on contractual risks, obligations, and mitigation strategies.
- Support tendering and bidding processes with contractual and commercial inputs, including PPP delivery models.
- Liaise with clients, legal advisors, lenders, and government authorities to ensure contractual alignment.
- Monitor project delivery performance against agreements and EPC, FIDIC contracts.
- Maintain accurate documentation, correspondence, and reporting on contract status, risks, and financial exposure.
Who we're looking for:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Must have 10 years of experience with 5 years working in large scale infrastructure.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS, CIArb, or PMP are preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in English.
