WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORWe're looking for a Contracting Representative to Collect, Serve as a contract proponent representative in the development and administration of all contracts. Ensure that company selects the most appropriate services on the basis of price, quality and delivery in line with company policy and procedures.Supervise tender processing and solve contractors queries and also evaluate contractor performance.
Requirements1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Engineering.
2- 3 years of contracting experience in the Oil and Gas Industry /Petrochemical Industry.
3- Understanding of MRP or ERP systems, ideally SAP.
4- Knowledgeable about buying and contracting practices with demonstrable technical and negotiation skills.
5- Experience of purchasing and contract management practices in the petro-chemical sector
Duties And Responsibilities- Participate as the contract proponent representative in a professional analysis of bid response and negotiation of offers and preparation of counter offers.
- Sourcing potential contractors for the given project, services valuations, and prequalification. Also, negotiate with contractors as part of a negotiating team comprised of contracting and contract proponent representatives.
- Prepare company estimate documentation and review the documents such that there are no technical glitches. Also, provide assistance in the procurement and administration of contracts.
- Secure proper performance of contractor by monitoring and checking routine contract activities, ensuring invoice processing and day to day administrative communication with contractor, planning corrective actions when Contractor performance is deficient and maintaining a log of all contractual activity.
- Maintain high level business standard and ethics to ensure the contracting fairness.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Senior Contract Advisor.

2.2 Client phone/video interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our Client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week.
If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team from our client will schedule a call with you to evaluate your qualifications.
The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and produce solutions.
If your phone interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, and they will invite you to a video interview when hiring managers are available.
If your resume is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you.
2.3 Video interviews with hiring managers: which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field.
A successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment.
Conditions for employment include but are not limited to: medical examinations, and permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.
After your offer is accepted and all conditions for employment are met, you will be assigned a relocation advisor from LHR Americas. This advisor is your go-to resource for the transition, providing helpful advice on everything from when to give notice to your current employer to visa services.
