Iron Mountain is seeking an agile Contracts Specialist to join our Global Commercial Support Services (GCCS) team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in bridging our sales objectives with contractual integrity, enabling our commercial teams to close critical transactions smoothly. By turning complex operational requirements into clear, legally sound agreements, your expertise will directly help safeguard our business assets while elevating our customer partnerships.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Draft and critically review complex contractual agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and specialized pricing schedules.
- Resolve business and operational risks by balancing client requests against internal policies to achieve optimal commercial compromises.
- Identify and resolve disparities or gaps in sales requests, ensuring non-standard language receives appropriate stakeholder and legal approvals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to secure all necessary approvals prior to contract execution.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle efficiently to ensure customer transactions close within established SLAs.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-year college degree with progressive experience in contract administration, directly supporting commercial Sales teams in a services or high-tech industry.
- Deep knowledge of standard contract provisions (e.g., liability, confidentiality, indemnity) and general familiarity with SaaS or software licensing frameworks.
- Superior written and oral communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail in editing, grammar, and formatting.
- Strong business acumen and project management skills to interpret complex operational requirements and influence cross-functional outcomes.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with preferred experience using Salesforce.com.
