Contract Specialist

Job Description

One of our largest technology clients seeks a Contracts & Invoicing Analyst to join a team in the data center space out of APAC. This individual will facilitate contract, PO, and invoicing execution for a product design team with a focus specifically on invoicing/payment processing responsibilities. Additionally, this individual will support budget management, assist with cash flow and PO/budget reconciliation, and provide monthly updates on cash flow status.

Required Skills & Experience

Exposure to internal contract/bug tools: PMT, SIMBA, BuyingHub, Ariba, Buganizer, Ebuilder, etc. Strong knowledge and experience with invoicing/payment processing across multiple layers/teams Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and proactivity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience leading/training team members Prior experience on a hyperscale contracts team High volume (70+) contracts touched per week in previous role

Compensation:

$15/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
