What you will do:
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management (IT/Technology): Executes sourcing strategies for assigned IT and technology categories
- Contract Lifecycle and Compliance Management: Manages, negotiates, and creates contracts for assigned category, ensures contract compliance, and handles issues and disputes
- Supplier Sourcing, Bidding & Accreditation: Initiates supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and vendor accreditation of new and existing IT/technology suppliers
- Data Analysis & Stakeholder Support: Gathers and analyzes internal and external data to identify efficiency improvements and provide sustainable procurement support to key stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field with at least 3 to 4 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing with relevant exposure in commercial contracting and negotiations
- Effective communicator and negotiator with strong critical thinking skills
- Great attention to details and has experience on contract management
- Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot, chart, macros)
- Preferably knowledgeable in SAP Vendor Management, Procurement Modules
