Samsung C&T Philippines Corporation is a newly established wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung C&T Corporation, created to oversee and expand the company's business operations in the Philippines.

The company will focus on the same core business areas as its parent company, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) across a wide range of infrastructure projects such as buildings, power plants, civil works, and more. In addition to its EPC expertise, Samsung C&T Philippines will actively pursue opportunities in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and infrastructure investment ventures.

□ Job Positions * Contract/Legal Manager

• Contract Review (EPC intra projects, PPP projects)
• Coordinate with HQ Legal team
• Analysis of Project Documents/Contract Documents/Bidding Books

(Form of Tender, Terms and Conditions, Specification)

• Negotiation with Lender's and partner's lawyers withconstruction contracts and project financing (financial closing) contracts.
• Follow up report on Major legal issues
• Solving legal issue with the daily corporate management
• Manage and coordinate with Corporate legal advisors

□ Qualification and Experience

• Extensive legal background in PPP infrastructure projects, specifically involving joint ventures and investment transactions.
• At least 10 years of legal or contract management experience at a Manager level.
• Proven track record in PPP and EPC for energy (solar/renewables), real estate, and land development.
• Deep understanding of construction contracts, project financing (financial closing) contracts, and the ability to critically analyze Feasibility Study (F/S) reports.
• Prior experience with ADB-funded projects is highly preferred.
