JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountability Normal CARA Functions
- Review of client's contract material to ensure risk mitigation and compliance
- Perform comprehensive Risk and Credit assessments to understand and reduce the risk before releasing for production
- Communicate well with Sales, providing them with advice to meet customer timeframes and requirements
- Partner with both internal and external client's teams and stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment is managed and customer satisfaction is provided
- Review and understand operations process to ensure we receive appropriate approvals from the correct teams
- Monitor and capture operational errors and issues through administration review process
- Manage orders throughout the suspension and review processes to ensure prompt resolutions which support the needs of the sales team and the supply chain
- Ensure all orders are monitored and correspondence is responded to within agreed business SLA's and KPI's

- Identifies and recommends improvements in work processes to achieve improved outcomes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Experience and Academic Qualification
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commercial Accounting are Preferred
- Strong communication stills
- Commercial experience in a related field
- Legal or compliance comprehension
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Problem solving experience
- Experience in a Sales Support Environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Office Skills
