Role: Construction Contracts Administrator
Location: Remote - Philippines
We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Administrator to support the commercial and contractual delivery of projects for an Australian construction company. This role is ideal for someone with strong contract administration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure subcontractors and materials, including take-offs where required
- Issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements in line with project programmes
- Prepare and administer variations, progress claims, RFIs, and Architect's Instructions
- Manage budgets, monthly forecasts, cashflows, and financial reporting
- Ensure invoices are approved and submitted within required timeframes
- Maintain up-to-date drawings, registers, and document submission schedules
- Resolve subcontractor and contract variations in a timely manner
- Support programme finalisation with site managers/supervisors
- Ensure compliance with Castle Projects QA requirements
- Participate in project close-out and lessons-learned meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with an Australian/US/UK construction company
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience with construction management software (CHEOPS or similar)
