Contract Administrator

Client: An Electrical & Engineering Contractor Partner A privately owned and operated integrated electrical and engineering contracting company.

-Reports to commercial lead

-Contract based

Contract Administration Support Officer provides offshore support to CE Group's Australian commercial and project teams, with a primary focus on downstream subcontract administration.

-Subcontract preparation and execution

-Subcontract administration and document control

-Subcontractor claims and commercial support

-Contractual notices and issue management

-Completion and subcontract close-out

-Stakeholder support and communication

Qualifications:

-A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Business or a related discipline.

-Experience supporting Australian construction or engineering contracts and familiarity with common Australian standard forms and security of payment requirements.

-Experience assessing subcontractor payment claims, variations and extension of time claims.

-Experience working effectively in an offshore or remote support environment aligned to Australian business hours.

-Demonstrated experience in contract administration, subcontract administration, quantity surveying or commercial project support within construction, engineering, infrastructure, resources or a related industry.

-Experience preparing contract or subcontract documentation, completing schedules and supporting scopes of work.
