• doProcess Governance and Digital Enablement: Own and maintain the SharePoint-based NPD Process Hub as the single source of truth for process maps, standards, definitions, requirements, and check sheets. Ensure consistency, accessibility, and governance across the organizati
• on.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Implementation: Coordinate and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. Facilitate and actively participate in CI events, enabling effective collaboration across global, cross-functional teams and time zones, including working outside regular hours to align with the Portland CI te
• am.Project and Program Management: Plan, manage, and track continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives through structured project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure disciplined execution, risk management, and delivery of committed outcom
