Job Description

A Shared Services company is hiring Continuous Improvement Lead for their office in Ortigas.

As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will drive finance-led continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance. You will monitor KPIs and SLAs, lead activity transition, and embed standardized, high-performing processes. Working closely with Global Process Owners, Finance, Accounting, IT, and other teams, you'll play a key role in strengthening controls, improving service delivery, and supporting scalable global operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Strong finance background with hands-on experience in continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in SSC/GBS or similar operational environments
  • Track record in process optimization, KPI/SLA management, and performance reporting
  • Experience managing transitions of activities into shared services
  • Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • ERP experience (MS Dynamics an advantage); Lean/Six Sigma preferred
