Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Overall manage plant annual lean plan, identifying key improvement priorities to enhance site performance in the eyes of all stakeholders.
  • To implement the TEOA system in the plant and achieve a TEOA Star-level plant through improvement activity.
  • Conduct workshops for TEOA / lean implementation and improvements with a focus on the shop floor area and logistics field (Kaizen)
  • Systematic to manage plant cost activity, identify/improve/control the efficiency, material, labor, and all aspects of the cost viewing.
  • Key member of the global lean committee, share/provide/lead global projects and activities.
  • Take the role of internal process/cost consultants to assist the plant manager in solving management issues
  • Lead TEOA / lean know-how transfer projects, to implement, optimize, and solve specific problems in operation

WHAT WE NEED:

  • B.S. Degree in engineering or technical field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Lean / Six Sigma deployment.
  • Good flexibility and can work under pressure
  • Good people manage skills and cross-team experiences.
  • Management experience or with high potential
  • Good teamwork and stronger communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead change.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is an advantage
