Content Specialist

The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our People, Culture and Engagement team. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, has a strong eye for design, and is passionate about creating impactful content across social media, blogs, and other engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for social media, blogs, newsletters, and internal communications aligned with Ecscale's brand voice and objectives.
• Design eye-catching visuals, infographics, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Write compelling and well-researched content that resonates with our audiencesemployees, partners, and potential clients.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Client Success, and Operations teams to produce content that supports internal engagement and external marketing efforts.
• Monitor trends and platform performance to continuously improve content strategy and engagement.
• Proofread and edit materials to ensure high standards in grammar, tone, and clarity.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (experience in BPO or remote work setting is a plus).
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant tools.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and how to tailor content for each.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.
• A portfolio or sample of past content/design work is highly preferred.
