Job Description
The Content Producer is responsible for creating platform-native, high-performing content, with a strong focus on UGC-style videos for TikTok and Meta. This role blends creative thinking, on-camera storytelling, and hands-on production, turning brand briefs into scroll-stopping content that feels authentic, timely, and human. They are both creator and maker: from shooting and appearing on camera to editing and delivering ready-to-post content.
- Conceptualize and execute video content, primarily UGC-type videos, aligned with brand and platform best practices
- Shoot or appear on camera (or direct shoots) for TikTok and Meta
- Edit short-form videos using platform-native styles, trends, and pacing
- Batch-produce content efficiently to support daily posting needs
- Collaborate closely with the team on content formats, trends, and priorities
- Adapt content quickly based on performance, trends, or feedback
- Maintain a library of raw footage and reusable assets
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Stay updated on TikTok, Reels, and short-form content trends
- Meet deadlines while maintaining speed, quality, and authenticity
- Monitor basic performance metrics of their own content (e.g., views, watch time, retention) and share observations (notable wins, underperformance) to support content optimization.
