About The Role.
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Content Ops Assistant to join us in the Philippines.
Responsibilities include
- Identify and source the most competitive offers, deals, freebies, and competitions from a defined list of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) brands across six key markets for listing on the website, app, and consumer groups
- Regularly review and update live offers to ensure accuracy, availability, and relevance for users
- Collaborate with the wider team during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, festive season) to source and publish high-impact deals that drive user engagement and retention
- Support on ad hoc projects such as Gift Card initiatives and the expansion of consumer groups within Beans ID
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy
- Confident written communication skills and fluency in English
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with good working knowledge of spreadsheets
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines

- Previous experience working with a CMS or similar content management tools is a plus

This is a fully remote role, however there is a 3 month training period which will be on site at our Manila office.
