We are seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Content Moderator to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of the Pure app.
Who are we looking for
- Minimum 2+ year experience of working as moderator, would be a plus if you worked in dating or community apps previously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to quickly absorb and make use of new information.
- Detail-oriented and attentive.
- Basic skills in Word, Excel, and Google Documents.
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages.
- Fluency in Russian is considered a plus.
- Should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends) with most shifts to be 00-08 CET, 40 hours / week, with weekends that can be split (1 on weekend and other on work week) or consecutive on Monday-Friday days of the week.
What will you work on
- Detect and combat scammers and spammers by monitoring the customer service admin system to identify and block users violating the Company's community guidelines.
- Proactively check for suspicious user activities using specialized patterns in the admin-panel, user analytics systems, and spam alert tools, ensuring timely identification and action against bad actors.
- Investigate and uncover new scamming techniques, gather detailed information, and regularly report findings to enhance our defense mechanisms.
- Conduct thorough reviews of user-generated content, including photos and advertisement texts, to ensure compliance with established Community Guidelines. Promptly remove any inappropriate or harmful content from the platform.
- Respond to inquiries from users with blocked profiles, ensuring each case is carefully evaluated before communication.
- Stay vigilant to user reports on abusive behavior, collaborating closely with the moderation team and other departments to address issues efficiently and maintain a safe and respectful community environment.
- Facilitate ongoing communication with the moderation team and other key members regarding content concerns, updates, and strategies for effective content management and community safety.
