About the Role
Sodarizer is growing fast, and content plays a huge role in how people experience our brand. We're building an in-house content team that can produce a lot of great content quickly and we're looking for a Content Manager to help lead that effort.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing creative work, keeping projects on track, and helping creative people do their best work.
You'll be the person who makes sure ideas turn into finished content on time, and done well.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Coordination
- Organize and manage content projects from idea to final output
- Help plan content schedules and timelines
- Make sure content moves smoothly from concept to publishing
Working with Creatives
- Coordinate with freelance editors, designers, and videographers
- Communicate briefs clearly and follow up on progress
- Help improve content through feedback and revisions
Quality & Consistency
- Review content before it goes live
- Make sure everything aligns with Sodarizer's brand and tone
- Keep quality consistent across different platforms
Keeping Things Moving
- Track deadlines and priorities
- Solve small problems so projects don't get stuck
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with reliable content output

Background We're Looking For
- Experience in content, marketing, or creative teams
- Agency or in-house marketing experience is a plus
- Experience coordinating creative projects or freelancers
You don't need to be a designer or video editor but having creative skills is a bonus.
