Content Manager (Onsite Pasig City)

About the Role

Sodarizer is building an internal ad agency, not a traditional marketing team. We're looking for a Content Manager who can take full ownership of our content production enginesomeone who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple moving parts, and ensures nothing goes live unless it meets our standards.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You will be the final quality gate for all content produced, responsible for volume, timelines, and quality.

If you prefer pure strategy, minimal execution, or only doing creative work without accountability, this role is not for you.

Role Details

  • Role Title: Content Manager
  • Employment Level: Specialist
  • Reports To: Sales & Marketing Lead / Founder
  • Direct Reports: Freelance editors, designers, videographers
  • Work Setup: Fully Onsite
  • Location: Pasig City
  • Start Date: ASAP (January priority)

Core Responsibility

Act as the central coordinator and last line of defense before content goes live.

You ensure content is:

  • Produced in high volume
  • Delivered on time
  • Aligned with brand standards
  • Fully ready for publishing across platforms

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple content projects simultaneously
  • Run production schedules and content calendars
  • Manage and push freelance editors, designers, and videographers
  • Review, revise, and approve content for quality and alignment
  • Ensure all deliverables are usable, polished, and on deadline
  • Maintain high standards and give clear, direct feedback
  • (including saying: This isn't good enoughfix this.)
  • Keep content production moving despite tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Required Experience

You must have real, hands-on experience with:

  • End-to-end content coordination and delivery
  • Managing freelance creative talent
  • High-volume content production under tight timelines
  • Quality control and final approval of content
  • Operational execution (not just planning or ideation)

Agency or high-output content team experience is a strong plus, but you must be hands-onnot just a coordinator.

Must-Have Skills & Traits (Non-Negotiable)

  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • High standards for quality and consistency
  • Speed, urgency, and bias toward execution
  • Ability to manage freelancers firmly but professionally
  • Comfortable being accountable for output, not effort

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on skills in:
  • Video editing
  • Graphic design
  • Experience working in or building an internal creative/ad agency
  • Familiarity with short-form content for ads and social media

(Hands-on production is NOT requiredbut a strong advantage.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 30,000 45,000
  • Benefits: Government-mandated benefits
