About The Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented staff to join our Content Management team. This role requires expertise in managing online content, with a primary focus on profile moderation, content uploading, data entry, and virtual assistant support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with content management systems (CMS) and able to handle a range of material with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user profiles to ensure adherence to policies and guidelines for the task
Regularly audit content for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Address flagged content effectively.
Upload, format, and organize digital content (text, images, videos) in the CMS to enhance user experience.
Update and maintain content inventory to ensure all materials are current and relevant.
Input and update data accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms.
Maintain data integrity and consistency by regularly checking and updating records.
Generate reports and assist in analyzing content-related metrics.
Assist with research, data gathering, and other project support tasks as needed.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments by facilitating communication and information flow.
Requirements
