AIRR Labs — a fast-growing brand, culture, and commerce agency operating across Southeast Asia — is looking for a Content Lead to drive creative strategy and content excellence across platforms.

→ Studios business unit focused on short-form video, livestream, and content production

What You'll Own

→ End-to-end creative direction for content and livestream production aligned with brand strategy

→ Leadership and development of a multidisciplinary creative team (writers, creators, editors, production designers)

→ Short-form video and livestream production quality across platforms

→ Scalable creative processes, briefing workflows, and production schedules

→ Cross-functional collaboration with Social, Commercial, and Business Development teams

→ Regional creative alignment and client-facing creative presentations

What You Bring

→ 7+ years of proven experience in creative direction, content production, or livestream production

→ Managerial experience in a digital or social media-focused environment

→ Strong command of TikTok, META, YouTube, CapCut, and AI tools

→ Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and creative problem-solving skills

→ Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
