We are seeking a Contact Health Center Associate (Agent) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients and customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients and customers
  • Providing timely and accurate information to clients and customers regarding their health concerns
  • Assisting clients and customers with scheduling appointments and accessing healthcare services
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
