Job Summary: The Consumer Product Sales Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional who applies deep subjectmatter and industry expertise to improve processes, develop new techniques, and support business objectives. The role evaluates moderately complex issues with significant impact, using strong analytical judgment to balance competing priorities and data sources. It regularly assumes leadership responsibilities, including coaching and training team members, and influences decisions through expert advice and collaboration. The individual's performance directly impacts team outcomes, project success, and overall functional effectiveness.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and maintain competitive advantage of loan products and services
  • Conceptualize automation/digital initiatives and supervises the implementation
  • Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction in the end-to-end process for loan application, credit processing, account maintenance, and customer service
  • Ensure a consistent sales delivery to our internal and external partners through dual delivery model in follow-up and responsiveness
  • Responsible for dissemination and implementation of communications
  • Partner with Marketing on collateral initiatives
  • Provide support on increasing and capturing acquisition and cross-sell opportunities
  • Increase efficiencies of daily sales and operational activities
  • Support sales executives with specific business initiatives; create, lead and advise on sales and product training; and support growth of sales
  • Liaise with partners to develop marketing opportunities to maximize growth in sales and customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction
  • Work in coordination with sales executives in creating, driving and supporting business plans and initiatives
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.
  • Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.
  • Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.
  • Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
  • Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
  • Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams.
  • Involved in coaching and training of new recruits.
  • Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, training and/or support preferred
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills

  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends in order to come up with ideas to help increase specific performance indicators and results.
  • Proven success in digitization and enhancement initiatives.
  • Ability to clearly articulate business objectives and/or programs to various levels of management across the organizations.
  • Requires use of conceptual and innovative thinking
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
