Job Summary: The Consumer Product Sales Manager (Insurance Sales and Distribution) is a seasoned professional responsible for applying deep disciplinary and industry expertise to enhance processes, workflows, and analytical approaches within the function. The role requires a strong understanding of how various areas integrate to support broader business objectives, along with the ability to evaluate moderately complex issues using multiple information sources. This position demands strong analytical, communication, and diplomacy skills, as well as the ability to influence decisions and provide guidance across teams. The Senior Analyst often takes on leadership responsibilities, including coaching new team members, and has a significant impact on project outcomes and overall team performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and maintain competitive advantage of loan products and services
- Conceptualize automation/digital initiatives and supervises the implementation
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction in the end-to-end process for loan application, credit processing, account maintenance, and customer service
- Ensure a consistent sales delivery to our internal and external partners through dual delivery model in follow-up and responsiveness
- Responsible for dissemination and implementation of communications
- Partner with Marketing on collateral initiatives
- Provide support on increasing and capturing acquisition and cross-sell opportunities
- Increase efficiencies of daily sales and operational activities
- Support sales executives with specific business initiatives; create, lead and advise on sales and product training; and support growth of sales
- Liaise with partners to develop marketing opportunities to maximize growth in sales and customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction
- Work in coordination with sales executives in creating, driving and supporting business plans and initiatives
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
