Position Summary

Job Summary: The Consultant II works in a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers. This role will facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up for customer change events, managing all escalated events appropriately, when necessary.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

  • Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project
  • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
  • May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients business objectives and goals
  • Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress
  • Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
  • Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results

Preferred Experience

  • 3-5 years professional business experience
  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
  • Familiarity with XML a plus
  • Experience with text editing and data mapping tools
  • In-depth knowledge of mapping tools and functionality
