Position Summary

Job Summary: The Consultant I works among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, the Consultant I will also manage escalated events as appropriate.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

  • Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
  • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients business objectives and goals
  • Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress
  • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
  • Conduct tasks and assignments as directed
  • Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
  • Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results
  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
