Job Description

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and implement safety training programs for construction personnel.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
Assist in the development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) for various site activities.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and compliance data.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Related certifications in safety preferred.
Experience Level: 02 years of experience in construction safety or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols; familiarity with Job Hazard Analyses (JHA).
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to effectively enforce safety policies and procedures on site.
Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in outdoor environments and at construction sites, often in varying weather conditions.
