Job Description

As the Construction Project Manager, you will lead multiple construction projects simultaneously while steering the strategic direction, operational planning, contractor management, and compliance efforts of the organization's construction initiatives. You will serve as the key authority in ensuring that every build aligns with design intent, cost targets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Construction Leadership & Oversight

  • Lead full-cycle construction activities across multiple sites and major projects.
  • Direct teams and contractors to ensure execution aligns with approved plans and standards.
  • Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, safety, manpower, and quality.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage master schedules, budgets, risk plans, and progress reports.
  • Review technical designs, shop drawings, and material specs.
  • Conduct project reviews, site inspections, and stakeholder meetings.

Contractor, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Handle contractor onboarding, performance reviews, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, safety protocols, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, and Operations.

Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all works comply with building codes, permits, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Enforce company policies and industry best practices.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Monitor expenditures, material usage, and cost variances.
  • Approve billings, variation orders, and procurement requests.
  • Optimize resources to reduce waste and improve project efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Licensed Engineer preferred.
  • 812+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record managing medium- to large-scale construction projects in a plant manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Canlubang, Laguna.
