You'll Be Responsible For
- Leads major project delivery, setting clear strategy, governance and direction to meet client and business priorities.
- Champions Safety First, driving exemplary HSW culture and ensuring safe, ethical and compliant operations.
- Builds high performing, inclusive teams and secures the right internal and external capability.
- Strengthens client relationships, acting as the primary interface and driving service excellence.
- Embeds C2P, Net Zero and digital innovation to optimise outcomes.
- Manages risk, performance and resources to enhance value and deliver sustainable results.
You'll Need To Have
- Extensive experience delivering complex major projects with strong commercial, contractual and technical capability.
- Advanced skills in risk, opportunity, budget and performance management across all project phases.
- Strong communicator and presenter with proven stakeholder, client and industry wide relationship management.
- Recognised sector expert with deep knowledge of construction, consultancy and infrastructure markets.
- Inclusive leader who develops talent, drives high performance and embraces innovation.
- Holds relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) and required certifications.
