About the Role

TechLoom Global is hiring an Associate Program Manager to support a U.S.-based construction and program management company that delivers large-scale remodel and rollout projects for national retail and restaurant brands.

In this role, you will help coordinate multiple construction projects across different locations by tracking schedules, managing documentation, and communicating with vendors and internal teams.

This is a fully remote role where you will work closely with U.S.-based program managers and field teams to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with program goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, working with structured processes, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the execution of multi-site construction programs.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain organized documentation for project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, purchase order tracking, and contract documentation.
  • Prepare reports and updates using project management tools.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them when needed.
  • Help improve internal workflows and program processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or program management.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or multi-site project coordination.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Google Workspace, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or project documentation.
