We're looking for a Construction Estimator who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and turning construction plans into reliable cost estimates. If you're detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate work, you'll play a key role in helping projects succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

• Review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs for residential and commercial construction projects
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and organize pricing data using Excel
• Analyze project scope and identify material, labor, and cost requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify plans and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized estimating files and project documentation
• Deliver complete and accurate estimates within project deadlines

What You Bring

• Experience as a Construction Estimator
• Experience estimating residential and commercial construction projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates while meeting deadlines
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus
