The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in construction billing or project billing support
- Strong understanding of construction billing processes, including pay applications, lien releases, joint checks, and subcontractor compliance requirements
- Experience reviewing billing documents and supporting project funding workflows
- Familiarity with construction project accounting and cost tracking
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in billing documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proven ability to work with US-based stakeholders or clients is an advantage
- Willingness to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga on a night shift schedule
Your Daily Tasks
- Review subcontractor billing and compliance documents for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all required documents such as prelims, lien releases, joint checks, approvals, and payment requirements are submitted on time
- Pre-check compliance documents before funding is released
- Run and review project reports to ensure billing data is correct
- Compile and organize reports for Project Administrators
- Coordinate with Project Administrators and subcontractors to clarify and resolve documentation issues
- Complete assigned project-related administrative tasks in line with company standards
