Job Description

Analyze client requirements across compliance areas including immigration, tax, labor, and regulatory matters
Develop structured, actionable solutions based on regulatory research and business needs
Design implementation plans with clear workflows, timelines, documentation, and risk assessments
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as legal counsel and accountants
Liaise with government agencies (e.g., BI, DOLE, BIR, PEZA, BOI) for applications, approvals, and compliance requirements
Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve issues or delays
Represent the company in professional engagements with clients, partners, and authorities
Communicate compliance strategies, risks, and execution plans clearly and effectively
Provide hands-on support to clients in resolving compliance and operational issues
Ensure solutions are fully implemented, not just advised
