About the Team
Our leadership previously founded and led a national digital health company (>$15M raised), with a team of 100+ employees across the US and that sold to a 1,000+-person incumbent. We're a tight-knit team that's driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare and ultimately improve patient lives.
About the Role
Our business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers. With this growth, we're looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist to help new healthcare groups get setup compliantly and scale with our product and operations. Some of these responsibilities would include:
What You'll Own:
- Leading cross-functional projects that are the company's top priority. You'll be working closely with leadership.
- Driving complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get properly organized in all 50 states.
- Managing the filing of critical documents to support the expansion of client operations in the US.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for correspondence with US government agencies.
- Conducting independent research and problem-solving to navigate complex government processes effectively.
- Systemizing workflows by documenting processes and ensuring they are clear and repeatable.
- Upholding high-quality standards by maintaining a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
About You
Core Experience
- Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, operations, project management, or similar roles is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
- Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
